Program Director of Network Resources
Partners for Each and Every Child
As Program Director of Network Resources, Sophie supports Partners for Each and Every Child Network coordination and resource development. To encourage meaningful participation in policy decision-making for all members of the education community, her work includes: collaborative resource development, partnership support, and product branding and design. Sophie also manages the Opportunity Institute’s Fellowship and Internship program.
Sophie began with Partners for Each and Every Child in 2013 when the work was part of a project of the Warren Institute at U.C. Berkeley. Prior to working with the project, Sophie was a high school arts teacher in Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ, working with students in the alternative setting. Sophie earned her B.A. at Dartmouth College, and her teaching certificate at the University of Pennsylvania while working with Teach for America.
