Summer Fellows (Paid)

Partners for Each and Every Child a project of the Opportunity Institute

The work of the Opportunity Institute cuts across issue silos to address the complex barriers to social mobility at critical junctures in people’s lives. We focus broadly on educational opportunities, beginning with infant and toddler development and continuing to Pre-K through grade 12 schooling, higher education completion, pathways out of incarceration, and into early career and family support.

The Opportunity Institute is currently seeking two graduate students for a paid summer fellowship with the Partners for Each and Every Child project.

The Position
We are seeking two fellows to aid with policy research, provide administrative support, and support the development of our resources. Fellows will be involved in research, the development of support materials for members of our network, and helping to develop consensus-driven policy positions.

This internship is based in Berkeley, Calif.

We are looking for a commitment of 15-20 hours per week from June 1 - August 15, 2018.

Preference will be given to those with education or education policy experience and those with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

To apply for the fellowship, please forward a resume and cover letter, Subject: Partners for Fellowship (Summer 2018), to Sophie Green at, by May 25th, 2016.
