Kedda Williams is a Program Director for Partners-for, focusing on national networks. In this role, Kedda manages and facilitates an ongoing process to ensure successful network strategy implementation of the Partners-for model in the following areas: School Finance and Efficiency, Early Childhood Education, and Governance and Accountability. Previously, Kedda was a senior policy advisor for EducationCounsel LLC. Prior to her work with Education Counsel, she worked for the New Jersey Department of Education as Director of Strategic Communications and Partnerships, and as a consultant to Newark Public Schools in the areas of new school start-up and alternative education. Kedda received her B.S. in Communication Studies from New York University, her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
